Do you sell pastries at the baking studio in Burlington? Since the majority of our orders are on a custom basis, we don’t have a traditional pastry case at the studio. Fridays (12pm-5pm) and Saturdays (9am-2pm) we have a small selection of treats available for purchase for walk-ins including cookies, brownies, cake pops and other seasonal desserts.

We currently don’t have cakes for purchase for walk-ins (someday!), but we always have extra cakes, pies, cheesecakes, etc. for all holidays. We always post all extra items on social media. You can also purchase a variety of our baked goods from our Wholesale clients.

Do you offer allergy friendly desserts? YES! We offer a variety of gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free and vegan treats! We are both certified in allergen awareness and take every precaution to avoid cross contamination.

Do I need to refrigerate my cake? NO - Your cake is fine to sit out at room temperature if it doesn’t contain any curds or cream fillings. YES - If your cake contains curd or cream fillings, these cakes do need to be refrigerated. We recommend taking your cakes out four hours before you plan to enjoy them.

How far in advance should I place my order? We require at least a weeks notice for all orders, however, we welcome you to reach out as early as you’d like. It’s never too soon to start planning!

How long does a cake stay fresh? A cake will stay fresh for up to five days if stored properly. We bake everything from scratch and use the freshest ingredients.

Can I freeze my cake? Having extra cake is never a bad thing! You can freeze your cake by wrapping it tightly or cutting it into smaller pieces and storing it in a sealed container. We recommend you enjoy within a few months.

What if I need to cancel my order? We understand sometimes plans change, we allow cancelations up to one week before your intended date.
